This is the traditional way of working with an Architect. I handle every stage of the project, from initial concepts to the final on-site details, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. My fees are based on the complexity of the project.
What is included:
- Initial consultation to discuss your needs and project scope.
- Site analysis to assess viability and constraints.
- Concept design with sketches and spatial layouts.
- Development of the design, integrating structure and materials.
- Preparation of planning and permit applications.
- Technical drawings and documentation for construction.
- Interior design, material selection, and finishes.
- Assistance with contractor selection and tendering.
- Site supervision to ensure quality and design conformity.
- Final project handover and completion review.

- 1-Hour Follow-Up: A detailed remote report that includes annotated sketches, a preliminary budget, and timeline estimates.

Home Search Packages
How it works:
Navigating the real estate market can feel overwhelming, especially when envisioning the spaces to suit your needs or assessing whether the market value is fair. I can accompany you to property viewings, offering my expertise to help you choose the right home. My fees are based on the number of properties we visit.
What is included:
- Property viewings
- A final report outlining the pros and cons of each visited property, potential issues and challenges, a recommendation if a suitable property is found, an overview of the next steps for the project, and a general budget estimation.
Fees:
- Up to 3 visits → 240.00€
- Up to 5 visits → 320.00€
- Up to 10 visits → 480.00€
If you decide to proceed with further Architectural or Interior Design services within the next three months, the full cost of this home search service will be deducted from your total project fees.
