The kitchen is one of the most complex yet rewarding spaces to design. More than just a workspace, it is the setting for both tranquil family moments and lively gatherings, where aesthetics and efficiency must come together in perfect balance. Designing kitchens means thinking beyond surfaces and layouts, considering every hidden element, from the way drawers and shelves open to how storage is organised behind closed doors. These aspects may not be immediately visible, but they shape the way a kitchen is experienced every day.

Traditionally, kitchens were separate from the rest of the house, treated as purely functional and tucked away from social areas. While some clients still prefer a degree of separation, most now choose open-plans where cooking, dining, and socialising happen in the same space. The kitchen has become the heart of the home, where families gather, children play, and friends share meals and conversations. Cooking is no longer a solitary task but a shared experience, one that requires fluidity and encourages interaction. Today, kitchens are proudly showcased and enjoyed as central spaces of modern life.
